The Church Clock

When I was on my way to the market, I passed by this church. This church building had a clock which wasn't working and showed a wrong time. I thought of informing it to the authorities regarding the stopped clock but then I wondered even a clock that isn't working shows the right time twice a day. I am an atheist but still I believe worshipers don't need a specific time for offering prayers.
