Road that went alone

Came those two roads in life, one wrong other correct,

I had to choose one that’d never give me any regret.

Sometimes even wrong decisions seem right,

That’s because at times good facts miss our sight.

Even at the lowest point of time there’ll be a hope,

That’d be the chance to complete our scope.

There won’t come many times when we’ll get an opportunity,

We just have to recognize one and grab that immunity.

Wiseman said to go for right even if it means to stand alone,

No matter what even if the whole world is in the wrong zone.

So late in my life I realized to be your own self & optimistic,

Don’t follow others because they only want you to be materialistic.

Today I look back and laugh how I went with the crowd,

Thinking everyone took the wrong which even made me proud.

From now I’d do the right & not get influenced by the unknown,

Listen to my mind even if it says to follow road that went alone.
